Patients with mitral and tricuspid heart valve disease often have complex conditions with limited treatment options. Our Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) business unit is boldly pursuing an innovative portfolio of technologies to address a patient’s unmet clinical needs. How you will make an impact:
Understand how the Global Health Economics and Reimbursement team (GHER) supports unique needs for regional reimbursement activities.
Gain exposure with global market access teams and learn about different healthcare systems.
Collaborate on targeted literature reviews and update TMTT product value modules to support global reimbursement activities.
Develop patient-centered values by attending relevant cross-functional activities.
What you'll need (required):
Internship applicants must be enrolled in an accredited graduate healthcare program for the entire duration of their internship. Examples include – MA in health economics, PhD in health economics, MPH, MHA, MA in Healthcare Decision Analysis
Must graduate December 2025 or later.
Must be in good scholastic standing (3.5+ GPA or equivalent).
Must be available to work 10-12 weeks full-time over the course of the summer.
Must not require company sponsorship for an employment-based visa now or in the future.
What else we look for (Preferred) :
Ability to read and understand published scientific articles.
Experience with literature reviews or systematic reviews.
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong interest in pursuing relevant industry experience within the healthcare and life sciences industry is a plus.Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.For California, the base pay range for this position is $54,000 to $72,000 (highly experienced).The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).Applications will be accepted while this position is posted on our Careers website.
