How you will make an impact:

  • Immerse in high-impact work driven by Edwards' strategy and credo to save patients' lives.

  • Engage in four HR functions: Talent Management, Employee Relations, Organizational Effectiveness & Strategy, and Portfolio Management.

  • Participate in multiple projects, shadow team members, and analyze data and metrics.

  • Support the execution of global deliverables and assist in event planning activities.

  • Develop technical and soft skills, including resource management, employee development, facilitation, influence, and employment law.

What you'll need (required):

  • Internship applicants must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor's program for the entire duration of their internship. Upon graduating, students are no longer eligible for an internship at Edwards.

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Business, HR, Psychology, Communication, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Must graduate December 2025 or later.

  • Must be in good scholastic standing (3.0+ GPA or equivalent)

  • Must be available to work 10-12 weeks full-time over the course of the summer. Specific dates flexible depending on school schedule.

  • Must not require company sponsorship for an employment-based visa now or in the future.

  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work well in a team environment.

  • Highly analytical with a can-do attitude to challenge perspectives and provide diverse critical thinking

  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while handling sensitive information

  • Strong verbal & written communication, interpersonal abilities, attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Must have excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment. Ability to multi-task while working in a fast paced environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Strong interest in pursuing relevant industry experience within the healthcare and medical devices industry a plus.

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.

For California, the base pay range for this position is $54,000 to $72,000 (highly experienced).
