Microsoft Corporation Business Program Manager - HR : Internship Opportunities - Program for People with Disabilities Istanbul, Turkey

As a HR Business Program Management Intern, you will identify, define, and design opportunities to support and/or develop new programs or improve current programs. You will advocate for and demonstrate the value of the program through clearly defined metrics in order to gain buy in from stakeholders, partners and customers. You will monitor programs to ensure all activities align with program objectives and ensures program processes are executed efficiently including change management and/or program improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Research & Analysis : Support program landscape research (internal & external market trends, employee feedback, business needs) to help shape HR strategies.

  • Process Improvement: Assist in enhancing HR programs & operations, assessing different scenarios, and identifying optimal solutions.

  • Strategy & Execution : Contribute to HR project planning and execution, supporting leadership in shifting priorities to align with new organizational initiatives.

  • Performance Metrics & Insights: Learn how to define and track HR program success metrics (e.g., OKRs, KPIs) related to employee engagement, program adoption, and effectiveness.

  • Collaboration & Communication : Work cross-functionally with HR, business teams, and leadership, gaining exposure to key HR disciplines.

Qualifications

  • A student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in HR data & business trends.

  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills to work across different teams.

  • A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and growing in the HR space.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and work on multiple initiatives.

  • Must have at least one semester/term of school remaining following the completion of the internship.
