As a Marketing Intern at SOL Engineering Services, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing while contributing to impactful projects that drive our company's growth. Under the guidance of our experienced marketing team, you will assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, creating compelling content, and supporting various marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth.

• Assist in creating engaging content for the company website and marketing materials, including blog posts, social media posts, and promotional materials.

• Support the coordination of marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and product launches.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for optimization.

• May also assist the Business Development department with procurement opportunities as needed.

  Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• Strong passion for marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing software).

• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights.

• Previous experience or coursework in marketing, digital marketing, or related fields is a plus.
