The Institutional Banking Investor Services (IBIS) Operations department is responsible for supporting the Investor Solution line of business. The department is made up of several teams who perform back-office functions to support our large Broker Dealer and Banking as a Service (BaaS) client base. Assignments range from data entry, ACH, wire payments, customer onboarding and client support.

As the IBIS Ops Intern , you will handle onboarding and setup of new client accounts, performing money transactions via ACH and wire, working with our compliance and BSA/AML groups to ensure onboardings are handled as needed.

How you’ll spend your time:

• Act as primary contact for BaaS customers onboarding our platform

• Oversee all transactions for our clients and the end users

• Perform wire and ACH transactions as needed

• Provide reporting as requested

• Facilitate problem resolution, tracking issues through to completion

• Follow company/department policies and procedures to mitigate risk

• Support documentation and audit requests.

• Cooperating with the direct manager which includes taking responsibility of personal development, self-evaluation, participating in meetings etc.

Compensation Range:

Minimum: $25,640.00 - Maximum: $59,330.00
