If you are curious about the specifics of various financial processes and you are ready to start professional journey within a global company – that`s great. Currently, we are looking for a person who would join us on an internship program for our Accounts Receivables and Intercompany Team.
The purpose of the role – why is this a great opportunity?
Supporting reconciliation of bank statement postings against general ledgers and clearing accounts together with reconciliation of intra and intercompany transactions
Resolving customer queries and analyzing discrepancies on the accounts for the customers from around the world.
Supporting the team in intercompany related topics
Supporting the team in audit tasks
Supporting the team in Invoicing intercompany and range of external customers
Supporting the team in performing collections tasks by contacting customers directly
Supporting the team in performing month end activities within Accounts Receivables
Your future team
As our Specialist, you will be part of a team that consists of around 10 people. Our team is part of the Procurement and Finance Operations department that is responsible for Master Data, procurement, Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense processes delivered to over 50 entities around the world.
What you bring to the team
Currently studying
Very good English (B2)
Strong motivation to gain experience in Finance
Strong engagement and focus on achieving goals
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Availability: minimum 25-30 hours per week
