Job Description As a Bremer Intern, you will participate in a program designed to provide you with well-rounded knowledge delivering a solid foundation for your future career. All while working at an organization that directly gives back to the community. Through our inclusive Friday summer cohort sessions, you will obtain professional development and personal growth opportunities. Our summer cohort is a chance to collaborate directly with, build community, and network with other intern peers to create lasting relationships. We currently have 3 Marketing-Sales internship opportunities this summer. Marketing Brand Activations Intern - (Downtown St. Paul, MN) Wealth Private Banking Intern - (Fargo, ND) Insurance Intern - (Lake Elmo, MN) Below are a few of the key responsibilities related to these specific opportunities. All roles have a minimum qualification of pursuing a post-secondary degree (undergrad and below) with two years relevant experience or pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, and other related discipline. Key Responsibilities for these opportunities include: Marketing Brand Activations, help to activate our brand through several events such as the North Dakota State Fair, Farmfest, and Minnesota State Fair. You will also help support the marketing team with ongoing programs, events, activations, and special projects as assigned. Wealth Private Banking, rotating throughout Bremer Wealth business lines spending time with our Personal Trust, Private Banking and Wealth Operations teams. You will experience both structured and unstructured learning opportunities through your daily core job responsibilities and participation in special projects and assignments. Insurance, provide customer service and administrative support to ensure client service standards are met. Process transactions, update system records, prepare documents needed for renewal reviews and new business proposals.?Assist Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Farm and Operations with projects. Minimum Qualifications: Pursuing a post-secondary degree (undergrad and below) with two years relevant experience or pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, and other related discipline. Other additional desired qualifications include: Creative thinking and strong analytical skills. Having a strong passion for learning and growth. Good leadership, time, and project management skills. Ability to wor under deadlines. Demonstrated problem solving ability. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Work an average of 40 hours per week for the duration of internship program.
