Overview
Our intern will work in the Total Rewards function reporting to the Senior Director, Total Rewards and HR Technology. Summer 2025 will provide an opportunity to learn in depth with several key areas across Benefits and Compensation.
Responsibilities
Career Framework Project: Assist in the development of standardize job descriptions to create clear, concise, and well-structured descriptions that align with consistent career framework across the company allow for the attraction of top talent.
Market Research : Analyze compensation data to ensure our pay structures remain competitive and aligned with industry trends. Assist in developing salary ranges for international locations.
Wellness & Engagement : Provide support and research to assist in the development of a communications strategy to support a culture of health and wellness.
Data Analysis & Reporting : Use excel and other tools to prepare, analyze, and present findings for compensation and benefit projects.
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Enrolled in a university or college program at junior or senior level, preferred course of study to include Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
Minimum GPA of 3.0 Preferred
Prior internship or relevant work experience is a plus
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas, points of view and recommendations to management.
Good analytical and evaluation skills.
Project management skills a plus.
Ability to maintain confidential information is a requirement.
Compensation Statement
The expected salary range for the position described in this posting is made in accordance with the legal mandates of certain jurisdictions within the United States. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on individual qualifications and experience.
