JOB SUMMARY The Assistant engineer position will be responsible for rotational support of multiple EFV functions over the course of a 4 year engineering co-op program.

EFV Duties * Assist Engineers with design development activities. * Assist Project Engineers with managing and execution of projects. * Execute assigned tasks from management. * Learn and understand systems and processes within a regulated industry. * Responsible for collecting field data. * Responsible for supporting unit initiatives. Decision Making * Learns to use professional concepts; applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues. * Work on problems with limited scope; follows standard procedures in analyzing situations/data. * Normally instructed in detail by supervisors. * Drive the complete execution of assigned projects in manner that drives high engagement from project team members.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS Education Minimum Requirements: * Pursuing a Bachelors of Science degree in an Engineering or Construction Management with an accredited university. Preferred Requirements: * Member of professional organization such as PMI, ISPE, ASME, or AICHE * Interest in pursuing a career in the biotech or pharmaceutical industries. Experience Minimum Requirements: * Actively pursuing an engineering degree at an accredited university. * Completion of at least three engineering or engineering-related courses. * Demonstrated leadership in academic, athletic, or extra-curricular activities. Preferred Requirements: * Education in a pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and consumer products course. * Prior internship or work experience preferably in an industrial environment is desired. Skills Minimum Requirements: * Strong oral, written, and listening communication skills. * Must lead by example through strong work ethics and high standards. * Desire to continue to promote personal development. * Proficient with computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
