In this role, you have the opportunity to manage the process from receipt of customer order at the factory order desk up to and including delivery to the hospital.

Your role:

• Ensuring sales orders are delivered on time.

• Screening and confirming customer orders.

• Acting as the main contact for order fulfillment.

• Coordinating your order book and communicating with stakeholders.

• Preparing orders for invoicing in SAP.

• Conducting regular calls with relevant teams like Logistics, Factory, and Planning.

You're the right fit if:

• You are a student in at least your 2nd year of Bachelor’s studies.

• You are fluent in English (at least B2 level).

• You are available to work 32-40 hours per week.

• You have basic knowledge of Excel and Word.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
