We are looking for a Marketing Intern to be a part of ASM Global’s Convention Center Marketing team. You will be able to apply your skills in real world applications and learn the different aspects of the Marketing department by supporting the venues, rolling out programs, and at the end of your internship deliver a final presentation to our marketing team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Completing clerical and administrative duties - assisting with PR requests and calendar
Assisting with social media campaigns and calendar - asset/content collection
Procuring assets (images) for proposals and social media
Creating "Best of" CC image library
CANTO audit of portals missing content
Assisting with tradeshow calendar - scheduling, ordering, basic slide decks
Assisting with hosted event coordination
Researching marketing trends
Attend department meetings
Desired Qualifications and Skills
Completion of undergraduate sophomore or junior year at an undergraduate college or university working towards a 4-year degree preferably in Marketing or Business
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail- orientated and can efficiently multi-task
Ability to adapt and learn quickly
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
