Intern Modeling & Simulation Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Intern/ Working Student who will join our team as an Intern Modeling & Simulation Engineer in Lviv office.

The role:

• Behavioral modeling of analog/digital electronic circuits for software simulation.

• Verification, validation and optimization of simulation models.

• Debug simple problems (electronic circuits and C code).

• Measurement and data analysis.

• Creation of technical documentation for own models and other project related documents.

• Coordination with other teams to ensure quality of customer software.

• Schedule tasks and report progress to project leader.

• Build up your knowledge and improve your skills.

Qualifications

• University students at Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines .

• Functional equivalence of models to actual IC design.

• Simulation performance of models.

• Model development and deployment according to schedules.

• Model delivered operate correctly.

• Knowledge of analog/digital circuits.

• Fundamentals of analog/digital signal processing and semiconductor physics.

• C programming, mathematics.

• Ability to prioritize work, set goals and meet deadlines.

• Self-motivated and take full responsibility for solutions.

• Good written, communication and teamwork skills.

• Pre-intermediate English level or higher.

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of C++, HTML/XML, Bash, Verilog, Python, Git, MinGW, MSYS2, Valgrind, Qt Creator, Jira, Jenkins, GCC, GDB, KiCad, OrCAD, I2C, SPI, CMOS, PCB, GreenPAK Designer, etc.

• Familiarity with SPICE-like circuit simulators (LTspice, Micro-Cap, PSPICE, Ngspice, etc.)
