Crane Aerospace and Electronics has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Communications Intern at our Lynnwood, WA location.

Job Summary:
Crane Aerospace & Electronics internship programs give you the chance to work on a variety of critical business assignments, test your skills, use your academic knowledge and match your interests to a real job.
From mission-critical space missions to all-electric aircraft, Crane A&E product and technology is hard at work supporting some of the most innovative aerospace & defense platforms around the globe. We have a unique story to tell and are looking for a future marketing & communications pro, preferably interested in aerospace, to join our Marcom team this summer. You will gain experience in a range of Marcom disciplines – from project management, content generation, graphic design, social media marketing, digital advertising, trade show planning, internal comms support and more.
As an intern at Crane A&E, you will focus on developing skills necessary for future success by assisting employees with day-to-day job assignments. The company’s internship program is intended to provide students from diverse backgrounds the opportunity to practice business skills learned in school while gaining invaluable work experience.
Responsibilities:
· Generate and update marketing collateral for a wide-range of internal stakeholders
· Assist with end-to-end project management necessary to complete various company projects
· Create compelling content for internal communications channels, including web articles, videos, presentation decks and Crane A&E’s visual comms platform
· Support social media plan with content generation and post scheduling
· Support digital marketing with website updates, SEO improvements and advertising efforts
· Assist with trade show/event project management activities
· Strengthen media library through photo shoot opportunities and video production
Minimum Requirements:
· Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or Public Relations
· Full time college student graduating by June 2026
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
· Consummate team player with excellent organization skills
· Experience with current social media and business related applications
· Digital media savvy – high photo/videography proficiency
Education / Certification : Must provide GPA, minimum accepted 3.1 on a 4.0 scale.
- Eligibility Requirement: This position may require access to controlled data or information and therefore only US persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Working Conditions:
Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to safety glasses, heel straps, and shop coats
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work requires using a computer for possibly up to 8 hours a day.
Top Benefits:
Salary range: $24.00 to 27.50. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications.
