Overview of BU/Team :
- The Colleague Experience Group (CEG) has a simple vision: to provide a great colleague experience every day. We obsess over understanding the colleague experience at a deeper level to co-create simple and great ways of working that enable everyone to be and deliver their best.
The intern will join the Colleague Experience Group department in Spain, specifically the Intl Colleague Strategic Partner area. The intern will have the opportunity to learn different department key projects and tasks, such as:
Support the Delivery of daily Intl CSP activities and tasks, especially in reporting key metrics and creating presentations with internal tools
Master internal communications, such as our monthly CEG Newsletter
Familiarize in other cross-functional HR projects and initiatives
The intern will gain experience in the following areas :
Obtaining knowledge of amultinational HR department in Spain with EMEA scope.
Developing competences in reporting and data analysis, the ability to interact with different stakeholders, & to navigate in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of American Express Colleague Experience Group department activities and ways of working.
Desirable Qualifications/Skills and Experience :
Current graduate students in ADE, Economics, Human Resources., Social Sciences, etc.
A willingness/affinity to get to know more about data and reporting activities.
Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and relational skills.
You can proactively identify / solve problems, come up with suggestions and recommendationsand possess a curiosity for continuous learning.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Proficient knowledge of Office tools (Excel, Power Point).

Duration: 6 months internship with potential 6 months renewal
Hours: 35 hours per week
For Recent Graduate Students:
Alongside your internship you will be enrolled on programme coordinated by Fundación Universidad Empresa (FUE). This programme will allow students to focus on productivity, adaptive management and innovation, to apply their theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting, collaborating directly on the management and optimization of commercial processes. The student will develop essential skills in project management, data analysis, and negotiation, which are critical for future integration into the labor market.
To enroll the programme, the candidate must have completed the degree or due to submit the final degree project, or the final degree project plus 9 ECTS max.
For Undergraduate Students:
If you are an undergraduate student, your university will need to agree that you can commit to 35hours per week, please ensure you check this with your university prior to applying.
