What will you do as an Ignite Intern?

  • As an Ignite intern, you'll actively analyze problems, challenge norms, and contribute fresh, innovative ideas to shape the future of our beverage business. You'll immerse yourself in a world of opportunities, gaining hands-on experience while being supported by a community of mentors and peers who share your dynamic, forward-thinking mindset.

What are the Eligibility Requirements to Apply?

  • An undergraduate student, currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree, with an expected graduation date no earlier than September 2025.

  • Availability to start the Ignite Internship Program by September 16, 2024, and commitment to work fulltime (3 hours/week) for a 9 to 12-month internship duration.

  • Legal authorization to work in one of the following locations: UK, Greece, Spain, Belgium, Germany, or Italy. No visa sponsorship is provided.

  • Strong enthusiasm for Coca-Cola's brands and values, with clear alignment to the company culture.

  • Maintains good academic standing and engages in notable extracurricular activities at university.

  • Curious, agile, and passionate about learning new things and making an impact in a diverse, high-performance environment.

  • Ability to work well in a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Organized with good time management and prioritization skills.
