Your role:

• You will be in touch with the clients, confirm availability and scheduling visits of Field Service Engineers, providing solutions on doubts and claim signed worksheets.

• You will manage new cases by cross-checking factory information with the execution of tasks in the market and confirming equipment location and request changes to the client.

• You will give support to our Field Service Engineers: with Field change Orders on MultiProduct report and preparation of documentation.

• You will check allocation of available materials by customer and month.

• You will learn to work with our internal systems and with variety of internal and external stakeholders.

• It will be a 6-months, remunerated internship. We work in a hybrid mode, our office is located in Sanchinarro, Madrid.

You're the right fit if:

1. You are currently enrolled as a student, pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering, ADE, Management, Logistics. We will be signing convenio de practicas with your university/school. You can commit 25-35h/week in a morning schedule.

2. You are proactive, communicative, optimistic and you like to work in a team. You have problem-solving mindset.

3. You speak fluent Spanish and you have a very good level of English.

4. You can work with MS Office suite, and you have advanced knowledge of Excel.
