Barilla Quality & Food Safety Assistant Internship in Marcianise, Italy

Barilla G. & R. Fratelli is currently hiring a Quality & Food Safety Assistant for Caserta plant.

The stager will work inside the plant and in strict contact with Quality and Food Safety Global Governance group which among the main responsibility lead Digitalization projects at central level which have globally impact.

Job purpose

He/she will guarantee a correct visibility interface and functionality of monitoring control point on the HACCP App for final user: operators/ shift supervisor and maintenance.

The individual will work inside the Caserta plant ) but also in constant contact with Q&FS HQ team to eventual solve issues and acting possible improvements.

Key accountabilities

  • Ensure the correct configuration of monitoring critical control points in Haccp App, which have an impact on the quality and food safety of finished products. In particular:

  • Review of monitoring measures according to the HACCP guidelines and insert the related information in a digital way inside Labware remote system.

  • Ensure the right transition of information to the new digital HACCP App.

  • Support the team on verify the correct usage of the App and the integrity of the data uploaded by the final stakeholders.

  • Starting to collect information and feedback from internal stakeholder on creating new Dashboard in Power BI system related to HACCP App: KPI definition.

  • Support the team in digitalization projects.

  • Support Caserta plant in HACCP implementation.

    Requirements

  • Degree in Management engineering or equivalent like Physical/ Food Science and Technology.

  • Strong attitude and curiosity for digitalization tools applied to business.

  • Curiosity in learning new digital software to configure and manage them properly, accuracy in the use of digital tools that are already in the production environment.

  • Flexible style to involve different kinds of people and face different problems, keeping ideas and information flowing.

  • Attitude to team-working and co-design approach.

  • Ability to nurture good relationship.

  • Good communication skills, to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Good attitude to project management.

  • Self-capacity to take decisions/prioritize activities.
