Position Summary The Kronos Software Intern will work on the UKG Pro WFM (cloud) and iSeries Central (on premise) software to gain experience with time and attendance applications in a business environment. Understanding how time data is used by an organization will be part of the overall experience. Duties Configure rules in the UKG software Work with users on requirements Conduct testing with the users Complete user and technical documentation Interact with different IT departments Troubleshoot any issues with the application Required Experience Education Requirements- Sophomore level or above students working on an Information Technology or other relevant degree.
