JOB REQUIREMENTS: Middleton High School Teller Intern ID 2024-5340 Location : City Middleton Category Teller FTE .25 Schedule Availability Monday - Friday 4:15pm-6:15pm (3 days per week) plus 9 Saturdays per quarter 8:30am-1:30pm Salary Grade 5 Min USD \$17.50/Hr. Responsibilities Be the face of UW Credit Union by providing front facing member service at the Middleton Hight School branch location Achieve balanced scorecard results in alignment with Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy Maintain a high degree of knowledge in all UW Credit Union products and services Ensure all members requests are processed accurately and efficiently Adhere to UW Credit Union\'s Cash Management policies and procedures Research all teller transactions when potential errors are identified, and communicate with affected members Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships through building rapport, uncovering needs, making recommendations, & submitting referrals Consistently seek out opportunities to exceed member expectations Qualifications Must be a Middleton High School student Must have applied and be accepted into the Dane County Youth Apprenticeship Program Must be able to work at least two shifts during the school year at the Middleton Hills High School branch...
