DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: What you'll do on a typical day:  * Engage and communicate effectively with other professionals throughout the organization  * Use strategic thinking to approach problems and create solutions  * Develop and implement project plans; determine requirements, deliverables, resources, timing/milestones, and risks  * Communicate findings and project status clearly and professionally through emails, meetings, and presentations  * Make recommendations to upper management  * Provide comprehensive reports to business leaders on assignments and other related projects  * Gain a strong understanding of industry trends and functional area initiatives  * Collaborate with fellow interns to complete a company-wide group project

What you need to succeed at GXO: At a minimum, you'll need:  * Currently enrolled as a rising college junior  * Experience with Microsoft Office

It'd be great if you also have:  * Education toward a degree in a relevant major such as Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering or Business Management  * Demonstrated analytical skills with a strong attention to detail  * Capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment, excellent interpersonal skills  * Energetic and self-motivating work style, with a strong drive to succeed  * Solid ability to organize, multitask and prioritize  * Excellent verbal and written communication skills  * Bilingual  * Availability to travel occasionally
