ITS Analyst Intern Mortenson's Information Technology Solutions (ITS) department seeks several ITS Analyst Interns to join our team to help further the goals of the organization. Internship opportunities include joining teams that support our Finance and Accounting applications, Vendor Management, Hybrid Cloud Engineering, and Helpdesk, and ServiceNow development team.. As an ITS Analyst Intern, you will assist the team and focus on ongoing activities in ITS, including: Performing repeatable day-to-day activities to complete team member requests Being involved with defining and implementing new processes while refining current processes Create and maintain system and end user documentation Work with other teams, as required, to make recommendations on efficient use of application features and capability to enhance customer experience Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels Basic Qualifications: Cultivate your skills in your chosen field of study with Mortenson. We look forward to hearing from you if you: Are currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline meeting program academic requirements Demonstrate a strong desire and willingness to learn new technologies and tools Are proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Possess strong problem analysis, problem solving, and issue resolution skills Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and professionally to both technical and non-technical users Possess strong organizational skills with attention to detail and an eye and desire for quality Demonstrate the ability to own and drive tasks and projects Thrive working independently but also value a collaborative culture Are inherently results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: You are perfect for this opportunity if you: Have achieved a minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0 Additional Information: You will join an exciting and ever-changing industry with a minimum 12-week internship with our team. This opportunity is full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer of 2024. The internship is fully in-person and based at our Minneapolis headquarters office.The position is not relocation-assistance eligible. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
