As an Intern within the Lifecycle Marketing organization, you'll be working on a variety of Customer Advocacy projects to positively position Ivanti solutions among customers and prospects as well as help amplify the positive sentiment shared by our customers. During your time at Ivanti you'll collaborate with a number of Ivantians around the world while gaining valuable work experience and training. The ideal candidate will be team oriented, an effective communicator, ambitious with a desire to learn, and drive projects to completion while remaining flexible. What You Will Be Doing: Assist with the product review program, specifically building missing product profiles across multiple third party, industry established product review sites Turn approved product reviews into consumable content for sales and marketing Create reference customer profiles for customer facing teams (sales/business development etc) Create approved customer logo slides by industry/solution/GTM motion Upload success stories and other customer facing assets to the Reference Edge tool for the benefit of all customer facing teams Build customer use cases in Reference Edge for enhanced reference searching Assist with internal outreach for reference customer nominations aligned to reference program recruitment goals To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have: Applied understanding of basic marketing principles Skilled in Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint Self-starter with ability to work independently Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Education: Working towards bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field of study.
