One Family.Key Accountabilities and OutcomesAssist in the development of custom applications using Procode .NET.Contribute to the design and optimization of workflows.Collaborate with the UI/UX team to enhance user interfaces and user experiences.Participate in the software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, and debugging.Learn and apply new technologies, including C#, SQL, Power Automate, and PowerApps.Support the team with various tasks as needed to ensure project success.Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceQualifications:Currently enrolled as a sophomore, junior, senior undergraduate, or in a master's program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Basic understanding of software engineering principles and development processes.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.Familiarity with or willingness to learn C#, SQL, Power Automate, and PowerApps.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred Skills:Experience with .NET development.Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles.Familiarity with workflow optimization tools.Benefits:Gain hands-on experience in a professional software development environment.Work with a supportive and experience.#LI-JH3COMPENSATIONIn accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
