Summary
We are seeking a motivated Total Rewards Intern to join our People team. This internship offers hands-on experience in Total Rewards, which includes compensation and benefits. As an intern, you will assist with various projects and analyses aimed at enhancing our employee experience, ensuring competitive rewards, and supporting our organization’s People strategy.
Responsibilities
Assist with salary benchmarking, job grading, and data analysis to ensure our pay practices are fair and competitive. Help analyze utilization data and suggest improvements based on industry/market best practices. Compile and analyze data related to compensation and benefits, summarizing data trends and themes. Conduct research on market trends and industry standards to keep our Total Rewards offerings competitive and attractive. Assist in identifying process improvements in Total Rewards programs and contribute ideas to increase efficiency and employee satisfaction. Prepare communications related to Total Rewards programs, including internal announcements, presentations, and training materials for employees and management. Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Knowledge of compensation and benefits concepts. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to be on-site in our SoHo office Monday – Thursday
