PRESIDENTIAL ASSOCIATE SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

The Internship Program

The Presidential Associate (PA) Summer Internship Program is part of the CEO Global Presidential Program. The full-time Presidential Associate Program is an intensive, 18-month rotational program specially designed for undergraduate students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS). This leadership development program integrates customized professional rotations, continuous leadership development, coaching, mentoring, hands-on practical experience, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to optimize talent and build business acumen and capability. It capitalizes on the participants' creativity, learning agility and innovation to create bespoke, high-touch experiences that will accelerate career growth.

The Estée Lauder Companies offers undergraduate students the opportunity to participate in the Summer Presidential Associate Internship Program between their junior and senior years of college as a pathway to the full-time program. The 10-week Summer Internship Program offers participants an opportunity to work in one critical area of the business under the guidance and sponsorship of a key executive.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • A rising senior at the undergraduate level

  • Relevant internship or work experience

  • Demonstrated record of achievement as well as strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills

  • Global exposure/study abroad is a plus

Work Authorization

  • Please note the Presidential Associate Program does not offer sponsorship

  • We require US work authorization, without restriction, for all PA candidates.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $25.00. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location.
