Intern/Working Student in Thermal Management EV Battery

Description

Your tasks in your new team:

• Define necessary parts of test rig like pump, batteryhousing, heatexchangers, connections length,connectors, sensors and more

• Built-up of test rig

• Set-up process control of test rig with existing measurement hardware and Labview software

• Define test plan (DOE)

• Measurements with live battery cell (LI-cells, voltage< 60V), charging/discharging with focus on automotive thermal management(battery cycling environment available)

Qualifications

Your Qualifications:

• Student in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering or similar

• Fluent in English; German as an additional language is an advantage

• Hands-on mentality

• Creative mind

• Manual dexterity
