Intern Requirements

The candidate will be required to work in a challenging but rewarding position helping Miller Industries staff with day-to-day problems and operations as it pertains to web development. This position will allow you to build and use real-world skills in communication and information technology to support our staff around the world.

Essential Functions:

Assist Miller Industries IT team in:

-Help with project initiatives

-Assist staff with the development of web-based technical solutions

-Assist staff in designing and developing software applications

-Assist with coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting through the application development process

-Other duties as required

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Requirements:

-Excellent customer service skills

-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

-Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environment

-Basic web development skills

-Knowledge of front-end platforms, frameworks, and languages

-Minimum Third Year standing in Computer Science or related field preferred
