Job Description

A Danfoss está em busca de um(a) Estagiário(a) para atuar em nosso site em Osasco/SP. Se você está cursando Administração, Secretariado, Relações Internacionais ou áreas correlatas e deseja desenvolver suas habilidades em um ambiente corporativo, esta oportunidade é para você.

Responsabilidades: As responsabilidades para esta posição incluem, mas não se limitam a:

• Apoiar a Secretária Executiva nas atividades diárias incluindo a organização de agendas, compromissos, reuniões e sistema de viagens (Concur).

• Realizar a organização de ato societário (renovação de procurações).

• Preparar processo para renovação de certificado digital e seguros da companhia.

• Suportar na gestão da frota de veículos da empresa.

• Emitir relatórios, preparar apresentações e materiais para reuniões.

• Recepcionar visitantes e fornecedores, garantindo um atendimento cordial e eficiente.

• Realizar tarefas administrativas como requisições de compras, organização de arquivos e documentos, etc.

• Apoiar na logística de eventos internos como reuniões e treinamentos.

• Executar outras atividades correlatas conforme demanda.

Qualificações e Habilidades: O candidato ideal possui as seguintes habilidades:

• Cursando Ensino Superior em Administração, Secretariado, Relações Internacionais ou áreas correlatas.

• Conhecimento intermediário em Pacote Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Habilidade de comunicação verbal e escrita.

• Organização, proatividade e atenção aos detalhes.

• Inglês intermediário.

• Espanhol básico.
