JOB TITLE

E-COMMERCE DTC & PERFORMANCE MARKETING ASSISTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Europe team, you will support the online sales activities of a renowned makeup brand. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop skills in managing an online store and executing both paid (social media, SEA) and organic (SEO, CRM) marketing initiatives.

You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the digital growth of an innovative beauty brand.

SITE MANAGEMENT & USER EXPERIENCE:

  • E-Merchandising: Enhance product visibility by tracking e-commerce KPIs, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and optimizing product placement to drive revenue.

  • Promotional Offers: Set up and manage promotional campaigns using Shopify.

  • New Product Launches: Assist in launching new products by ensuring content accuracy, updating product pages, and conducting customer journey testing.

  • E-Commerce Project Management: Participate in the deployment of global e-commerce projects, testing new features, and optimizing the user journey.

  • Website Updates: Support the implementation of new features, participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and monitor bug resolutions.

  • Creative Assets: Identify creative needs and coordinate with the design team for content development.

PERFORMANCE MARKETING:

  • Traffic & Behavior Analysis: Track and analyze website traffic and customer behavior across paid (Search, Social, Display) and organic (SEO, CRM) channels.

  • Paid Media Optimization: Assist in monitoring campaign performance and contribute to refining acquisition strategies.

  • CRM & Email Marketing: Support the creation and execution of email campaigns (newsletters, audience segmentation) and analyze performance metrics.

  • Customer Engagement & Retention: Assist in audience segmentation to optimize engagement strategies.

  • SEO & Content Optimization: Collaborate on content updates to align with SEO best practices and enhance search engine visibility.

SALES ANALYSIS AND BENCHMARK:

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Competitive Benchmarking: Conduct weekly competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
