University of Pennsylvania Assistant Professor - Clinician Educator - Implementation Science and Internalizing Disorders at CHOP in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Department of Psychiatry at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure clinician educator track. Expertise is required in the specific area of implementation science and internalizing disorders. Applicants must have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree. A Pennsylvania Psychology license is required.

Teaching responsibilities may include supervising behavioral health trainees (including psychiatry residents, psychology externs, and interns); teaching trainees in psychology, psychiatry, and pediatrics; and developing curricula.

Clinical responsibilities may include assessment and treatment services to children and families seen in the context of clinical research.

Research or scholarship responsibilities may include collaborative and investigator-led clinical research in pediatric mental health; the development of a research program involving implementation science, internalizing problems, and suicide risk. The ability to publish in high-impact journals is strongly preferred.
