Department Description:
The Membership Technology team supports the KP Membership Connect (KPMC) Program. KPMC program will modernize old legacy membership data by migrating to contemporary tools - Oracle (Billing), Epic Tapestry (Enrollment), web service integrations, Azure cloud, etc. The position will part of the Enrollment Product team, focusing on the enrollment and maintenance of new and existing members in key transactions (onboarding, demographic changes, renewals, reinstatements, terminations, etc.).
Intern Project(s):
Support Epic Tapestry Product for enrolling and maintaining members. This will require configuration of the Epic system to meet business objectives and requirements. The position will work with the existing Application Build/Configuration team as part of the Enrollment Product Team (Agile team). Configuration tasks may include the setup and maintenance of groups. Documentation of business requirements via Jira user stories are also expected. Position will work closely with Product Owners, other developers/configuration resources, testers, scrum masters, and Business Owners/Consultants.

Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
