Saint-Gobain Sales & Marketing Intern in Remote, Ohio

The Sales & Marketing Intern will play a key role in driving our growth by converting marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into sales-qualified leads (SQLs)—helping transform prospects into valued customers.
This will be a full-time position during the summer.- The position is remote, situated on the East Coast of USA, the ideal location being close to Cleveland Ohio.
Essential Functions include:
Lead Qualification & Campaign Support
Assist in executing lead generation campaigns and tracking performance.
Qualify and segment marketing leads from various sources.
Maintain and update lead records in Salesforce CRM.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
Prospecting & Market Research
Research and organize contact data from industry channels and databases (ZoomInfo).
Conduct email outreach to engage and qualify potential leads.
Media & Digital Asset Management
Organize and maintain marketing collateral, ensuring efficient retrieval.
Implement a standardized system for naming, categorization, and version control.
Marketing & Design Support
Assist in creating digital and print materials (e.g., brochures, social media graphics, presentations).
Ensure brand consistency across design assets.
Support the marketing team with creative projects.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, or Graphic Design.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Interest in B2B marketing, lead generation, and digital asset management.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 & Office; experience with CRM (Salesforce) and market intelligence tools (ZoomInfo) is a plus.
Design software proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) is a plus.
Previous experience with social media management tools (Sprout Social) is a plus.
Detail-oriented with an ability to improve processes and workflows.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the local pay rate for this position, which is $24.00. This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
Additional Pay Incentives for This Role Include:
