Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our System Engineering team. The intern will assist with specification writing for partner finishing equipment, develop and write test plans for new features and finishers, and conduct tests on printer and finishing equipment. They will document any issues found during testing in CMO Tracker on SharePoint and help test problem resolutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in system engineering, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with specification writing and review for partner finishing equipment.

  • Develop and write test plans for testing new features and finishers.

  • Conduct tests on printer and inline finishing equipment.

  • Document any issues found during testing with CMO Tracker on SharePoint.

  • Assist in testing problem resolutions and verifying fixes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze system requirements.

  • Support the integration of hardware and software components.

  • Participate in system validation and verification activities.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in System Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Basic understanding of system engineering principles and methodologies.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications and engineering data collection tools.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
