Job Purpose
eMerchandising-eCommerce Intern will be part of our amazing eCommerce team and will support the local team for the implementation of best-in-class content in Amazon and monitoring our digital shelf performance across different retailer websites. The role will use a range of tools to track and measure Assortment compliance, Availability, Visibility, Content compliance, Ratings & Reviews on our overall eCommerce business and will help and support the e-commerce team where opportunities to accelerate growth lie.
Main responsibilities:
Support the implementation of content with eCommerce partners to deliver a superior consumer experience and help drive search visibility and conversion of C-P products online
Leverage internal and external analytics tools (e.g. Profitero, Similarweb, Nielsen and other retailer-specific tools) to m onitor our brands performances performance across different retailer websites
Conduct periodic online audits to ensure Colgate products are available/accessible for shoppers to purchase across partner websites
Provide analysis from retailer sales data which provide recommendations to improve the effectiveness of C-P eCommerce plans
Monitor key competitor activity using publicly available information
Conduct quarterly reviews on how we are tracking against defined eCommerce objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor/Master's Degree Marketing or Business Administration or Advertising
At least a previous experience in the Marketing area, preferably in e-commerce
Digitally savvy
Advanced analytical, numerate and logical reasoning skills, the ability to compile and present data with high attention to detail
Advanced or Fluent English
Good knowledge of Office suit or Google Collaboration Tools
Team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in cross-functional and cross cultural teams
Explorer, with an entrepreneurial attitude, acting fast in the project tasks assigned
Self- starter attitude, able to manage project work and multiple tasks interdependently
Location: Rome office
