Come join us at Corporate HQ for Summer 2025! Our Human Resources Data Analytics Internship offers students hands-on, real-world experience within the company over an 10 - 12 week period. Come experience an inside look in the world of Human Resources, Information Systems, CPG and Food Production.

This position has a target wage of $21.90 - $28.13 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications. Overtime may be available.

What You Will Learn & Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform HR strategies and business decisions. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for HR leadership and stakeholders, including metrics on turnover, recruitment, employee engagement and diversity.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all HR systems.

  • Work on well-defined projects with clear goals that will require a combination of analytical, technical (programming), quantitative and strong communication skills

  • Develop dashboards/reports that provide useful insights to business leaders

  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to optimize HR information systems (HRIS) and other data management tools.

Minimum Education

  • Must be a rising Sophomore, Junior or Senior currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited university in a relevant field of study. Data Analytics Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics or related majors preferred.

  • Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA or higher

Experience Requirements

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software

  • Possess strong analytical, communication and time management skills

  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills

Experience Preferred

  • 3.25 GPA or higher is highly preferred

  • The ideal candidate would collaboratively work with various stakeholders in an environment that will leverage data, analytics, and data science tools to build insights for our team

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

  • Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.

  • May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.

  • May need to access files, supplies and equipment.

  • Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
