Summary

Logitech is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern Automation QA Engineer to join our growing team and this internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software quality assurance and automation testing within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work alongside experienced QA professionals, contributing to the development and execution of automated test suites for our video conferencing solutions, and audio devices.

Responsibilities

• Learn and Apply Automation Testing Principles:Assist in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts using Python and Selenium

• Contribute to Test Planning and Execution:Participate in test planning and design sessions.Execute automated and manual test cases as required.Document test cases, test plans, and test results.

• Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers.Communicate effectively with team members regarding test status and issues.Participate in team meetings and contribute to knowledge sharing.

• Potential for Web UI testing, API testing, or mobile testing depending on the needs of the team, and the interns ability to learn.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.

• Familiarity with at least one programming language (Object Oriented ) (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.2

• A passion for quality and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.

• Experience with automation testing tools is a plus, but not required.

This position offers an hourly rate typically between $ 35.00 hourly - $ 45 hourly commensurate to the level of degree program in which an applicant is actively enrolled. Logitech offers interns benefits of Paid Holidays, and access to Employee Product Discounts.
