Job Description

Danfoss is looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Trade Compliance Intern. You will have the opportunity to become part of a thriving and motivated department, where you can challenge yourself by managing a versatile and comprehensive position with a wide range of tasks and responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Assist in the review and analysis of import/export documentation to ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations.

• Support the preparation and submission of required trade compliance reports and filings.

• Participate in trade compliance audits and assessments, documenting findings and recommendations.

• Assist in the development and delivery of training materials related to trade compliance for internal stakeholders.

• Support the team in various administrative tasks and projects as needed.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

• Currently pursuing a degree in International Business or International Trade.

• Strong interest in trade compliance and international regulations.

• Excellent analytical and research skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Previous experience or coursework in trade compliance, customs regulations, or international trade is a plus.
