Job Title: Industrial Engineering Intern

Responsibilities: Provides support within a department in which their knowledge and professional skills can contribute to both the company and the professional career in the area where they can develop skills; gain experience; establish relationships and get in touch with the organization. Provides help and assist in all the activities related to the department.

Job Requirements:

• Give support to projects of the department where he/she is assigned.

• File, plan and coordinate the general activities of the office, in addition to writing the reports corresponding to the assigned department.

• Provides assistance registering information and maintaining the database according to the need of the corresponding department. (Finance, Human Resources, Maintenance, Engineering, among others).

Required:

• Technical Bachelor or University Student

• Excel / office package level: Intermediate

• Level of English: Intermediate

Preferred:

• Last semester student of Business Administration, Public Accounting, and others related to administrative management or industry.

• Capacity for teamwork

• Management of computer tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, internet, etc.)

• Internal customer service and communication skills.
