Accolade's summer internship program runs June 10th-August 16th. This is a hybrid role working from our Seattle, WA Office. Hourly pay rate is set at $22/hour The Field Marketing Intern - willbe a valued member of the Field Marketing teamworking to build out a set of program tools and frameworks we will use for many quarters to come. The focus project for this internship will be to work with Field Marketers, Content Creators and customer teams to buildpersonalized ABM campaigns for our top prospects and customers. When you leave this internshipat the end of the summer, you will get to say that you helped Accolade build out and land our processes, systems and strategies for ABM and customer programs going forward. The Intern will deliver a successful summer project that helps Accolade serve up the right content to our top prospects and customers based on sales and marketing inputs, create a selling motion for top accounts, create the appropriate microsite and digital advertising strategies, and fine tune the foundational reporting on how ABM tactics and customer programs are performing. A day in the life... * Createcustomersegmentationandworkingpersonaswith the support of sales and content teams * Identifying customer pain pointsand use them to guidecontent selection for campaigns * Understandingour existingcontent inventoryand align it to segments and categories * Partner with content team on segmentation alignment for campaigns and assets for customer engagement * Interfacewith salesreps and leadershipabouttop accounts, consultants and brokerages * Work inplatforms likeDemandbase, Uberflipand Salesforceto set up campaigns and triggeredtactics * Pulland consolidate ABMreports from varioustools * Structure templated assets for reuse in many similar campaigns * Work with sales to understand the ABM programresultsand make changes based on feedback * Be part of a larger marketing team, gaining exposure to company-wide campaign efforts What we are looking for (requirements) * 0-3years experiencein a role that utilizes critical thinking, analysis of business problems, research intohuman psychology or market behaviors, or digital and onlinedata * Currently pursuing or recently completed a BA/BS or MBA degree * Interest in marketing or healthcare industries * Eager tolearnbasicdata analytics and work in Tableau to communicate program impact * Has completed courses in or is comfortable with algebra and basic math in Excel. * Demonstrated written and oral communication and presentation skill * Enjoys and thrives in collaborative teams and small group work Our people are the Heart of Accolade Together,we are building a great and enduring businessthat truly makes an impact.
