The role.

Join our team as a Technical Sales Support Assistant. The role involves assisting with TSS team operations, internal process optimization, and order execution support including e-commerce.

Your roles.

• Manage e-Business platform (Innomotics Web Shop) for Korea and Japan

• Handling of customer query regarding E-business platform for Korea and Japan

• Support clean order process (for smooth process between various departments such as Sales & Order Management)

• Support standard order execution (non-WBS) with managing/monitoring the confirmed delivery date

• Support handling of logistics claim for the delivered products

• Business Administration role in TSS team

Your Profile.

• Proficient in MS Excel and Word

• Strong interest in IT systems, sales processes, and e-commerce platforms.

• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Business tools (Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, Dynamics 365) would be highly welcome.

• Strong Knowledge of SAP is a plus

• Strong analytical skills and able to multi-task

• Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing is a must.

• Fluent Korean speaking, reading, and writing is a plus.
