If you are a Test Engineering student looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in either our Shakopee, Chanhassen, or Eden Prairie, MN location, you will design and implement software test systems to verify and validate world-class safety-critical measurement & analytical instrumentation that integrates with industrial automation equipment.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Work with a team to design and implement automated tests and test infrastructure.

• Participate in reviews of product requirements, test designs, and implementations.

• Work with multi-functional teams to help solve engineering challenges.

• Provide analysis for change requests considering the impact to product testing and schedule

• Support manufacturing of test systems by working with global manufacturing, troubleshooting issues, and deploying/maintaining test stations

• Create hardware that is robust with simple and functional user interfaces

• Develop & maintain supporting documentation (service manual, troubleshooting guide, etc.)

• Provide technical support for test stations

• Pursuing a Bachelor's in Engineering or Science from an Engineering School (First Year, Sophomore, & Junior students will be considered)

• Zero (0) years of related experience

• Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person at a Twin Cities location (Shakopee, Chanhassen, or Eden Prairie, MN)
