Hyatt Human Resources Intern --- Compensation and Benefits in SHANGHAI, China
Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager, ASPAC
To work hand in hand with C&B teams in the Asia Pacific region
Support with the daily C&B operations, analysis & reports, annual review exercises , market survey, data input in HRIS
Support wellbeing programs
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Good knowledge of MS Office, solid excel skills e.g. knowing formulas such as If, vlookup, pivot table is a plus
Good English Writing
Passionate, details oriented with a growth mindset
A proactive self-starter with a ‘can-do’ attitude and collaborative nature
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Accounting or other data analytics is a plus
Be eligible to work in Shanghai
