Hyatt Human Resources Intern --- Compensation and Benefits in SHANGHAI, China

Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager, ASPAC

  • To work hand in hand with C&B teams in the Asia Pacific region

  • Support with the daily C&B operations, analysis & reports, annual review exercises , market survey, data input in HRIS

  • Support wellbeing programs

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Good knowledge of MS Office, solid excel skills e.g. knowing formulas such as If, vlookup, pivot table is a plus

  • Good English Writing

  • Passionate, details oriented with a growth mindset

  • A proactive self-starter with a ‘can-do’ attitude and collaborative nature

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Accounting or other data analytics is a plus

  • Be eligible to work in Shanghai
