Unique opportunity to overall support Sanofi China OD key projects spanning Company Culture, and Org Strategic initiatives – with specific Accountabilities assigned depending on business need & candidate capability.

• Coordinate of Events and Activities incl. design, implementation, follow-up

• Support preparations of Presentations, and Reports to Leaders and Project Teams

• Support Research (primary, and secondary) and Analysis (qualitative, and quantitative) to build strong strategic, and design foundation behind Org Strategic, and Cultural projects

• Coordinate OD Team tools, processes, meetings eg. data room, meeting agenda & meeting minutes

• Translation of critical business documents with high-quality (EN-CN)

• Most importantly – build strong collaboration with Cross-department partners eg. HR Teams, Communications, Executive Assistants, Business colleagues, among many others) and External partners eg. Vendors

• Other Accountabilities as assigned depending on business need & candidate capability
