岗位职责：

1、根据制定的工作范围和公司标准操作程序，协助SSU团队准备、处理、分发、和归档临床相关文件及协议，协助定期审查研究文件的准确性和完整性；

2、协助SSU团队，实时更新和维护相关tracker，确保信息的时效性和准确性；

3、协助SSU团队，准确更新和维护临床项目管理系统；

4、作为指定团队的项目通信和相关文档的中心联系人；

5、协助团队成员的会议组织，以及与翻译/印刷供应商的合作；

6、灵活支持团队交办的其他相关工作。

任职要求：

1、全日制本科及以上学历在读，医药或生命科学类相关专业优先考虑；

2、能够熟练使用Microsoft Word, Excel和PowerPoint

3、中英文书面和口头表达流利，善于沟通；

4、有效的时间管理和协调组织能力；

5、能与同事，经理和供应商等建立和保持良好的合作关系；

6、能尽快到岗，一周4-5天，实习3个月及以上。
