What Internship contributes to Cardinal Health
Intern is responsible for responding to specific business and functional needs of their respective work group(s) and executing work according to guidance. Employees in this category are assumed to be in a learning or support mode for a temporary period of time.
Summary of Main Responsibilities 主要职责
- 人力资源运营工作: 证明文件、报表以及电子化员工档案的管理维护;支持和协助人力资源部门与政府部门要求相关的申请流程(例如不定时工作制申请)
Human Resources Operations: Manage and maintain documents such as certificate, reports, and electronic employee profiles; Support and assist the application process in relation to government requirements (e.g. non-fixed working schedule application)
- 员工文化体验: 支持和协助公司员工活动的创意、筹备组织和举办
Employee Cultural & Experience: Support and assist in the initiation, preparation, and implementation of internal employee events and activities
- 员工福利: 支持员工福利项目的沟通和跟踪使用情况
Employee Benefits : Support communication and tracking of usage of employee benefits programs
- 学习与发展: 支持人力资源部门学习与发展项目,协助进行沟通材料的翻译和优化工作
Learning & Development: Support HR learning and development program and assist in the translation review and optimization of learning materials
- 协助其他人力资源团队的支持性工作,包括但不限于会议通知、时间协调、项目进度跟踪等
Assist and support other HR routine/administrative work, including but not limited to meeting arrangements, event coordination, tracking progress for projects, etc
Qualifications 要求 :
- 人力资源管理类、社会学、心理学等相关专业的在读本科或研究生学生
Undergraduate or graduate students majoring in human resource management, sociology, psychology and other related majors

- 擅长PPT、Word、Excel等Office办公软件
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- 做事细致认真,责任心强,有较强的自驱执行能力和自主能力,善于沟通
Attention to details, strong sense of responsibility, self-driven, independent, good at communication.
- 能够谨慎处理个人敏感信息,对于工作产出有自己的思考
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, willing to understand process.
