About Team:

Global Medical Affairs comprises of medical professionals located in

Singapore, China, Japan, Switzerland, and USA, supporting the

world largest network of clinical trial testing laboratories. For this

internship, selected candidate will join the Singapore team, with

the option to be placed in the US. Overall, Medical Affairs (MA)

members provide Medical consultative services on laboratory testing for our clients. MA interprets and sign out specific testing and acts as advisors for the different disciplines in the Laboratory. MA is responsible for reviewing and approving method validations, reference ranges, SOPs, and new

test/assay activities. There are additional tasks where MA is involved.

Internship Assignment Summary:

Join our dynamic Medical Affairs team and embark on an exciting internship journey! As a key player in our New Test Feasibility (NTF) process, you'll contribute to evaluating the operational feasibility and business viability of innovative tests for clinical trial testing. This internship is more than just a learning

experience – it's an opportunity to drive meaningful change. By analyzing client demands and unlocking valuable insights, you'll help shape the future of clinical trials.

In this internship, you'll develop your skills and gain hands-on experiences in:

• Data analysis: Master the art of working with Medical Affairs data, ensuring consistency andaccuracy.

• Analytical tools: Hone your skills in Excel, Power BI, and other statistical tools to identify patternsand trends.

• Teamwork and project management: Collaborate with a multicultural matrix team, developproblem-solving skills, and take ownership of your projects.

• Decision-making: Contribute to informed decision-making and take your ideas to the next level.

• Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on progress, challenges, and innovative solutions.

• Professional training: Access exciting courses to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Education/Qualifications/Skills:

• Comfortable working at office.

• Someone that enjoys organizing data and documents effectively.

• Experienced or willing to learn data analytics tools.

• Able to analyze and visualize large amount of data.

• Have good communication skills or would like to develop this skillset across teams.

• Proactive when investigating data and have the 'can-do' attitude.

• Fluent in English - both written and speaking.

• Education: Enrolled in Universities (BSc) within healthcare/biomedical field.
