People Partner Intern

Your role:

This role is integral to the People function team, working closely with the People Partner and other key stakeholders. The team collaborates on various initiatives, ensuring alignment with government incentive support programs and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Stakeholders include internal departments and external partners involved in local and APAC People projects.

This role offers numerous opportunities for growth and development. Professionally, you will gain experience in people operations, project management, and strategic planning. You will also have the chance to work on high-impact People projects, such as the APAC Talent program and local Wellness activities, enhancing your skills and expanding your network. Personally, you will develop strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support People function ad-hoc daily operations.

• Curate people initiatives that's in line with government incentive support programs.

• Involved in People projects, such as the APAC Talent program and local Wellness activities.

You're the right fit if:

• Undergraduate in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Interest in HR, employee well-being, and talent development.

• Creative with good problem-solving skills.

• A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

• Good communication skills, both oral and written.

Part-time positions for 3 days a week are also welcomed.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities in Toa Payoh.
