Job Title: Sales Management Intern, SEA
Reporting to: Key Account Manager and working closely with SEA team
About the Role
Through this role, you’ll be able to gain an understanding of:
Travel Retail Industry
Beauty Industry
Commercial
Supporting functions (Marketing/Demand Planning/Finance)
Ecommerce within Travel Retail
Business reporting
Reporting systems (Sales reports/TRIP/The HUB)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monthly Business Update and Business reviews
Generate reports each month for the Monthly Business Update
Generate reports each month for the Business Review
Maintain and update trackers
Work with Retail Specialist /Retail Manager/Retail Sales Coordinator on allocation and tracking of Gifts with Purchase (GWPs) and Point of Sales (POS)
Work withRetail Specialist /Retail Manager/Retail Sales Coordinatoron the Purchase Requisition (PR) / Purchase Order (PO) process
Retail sales reports/documents
Update sell-out reports for retailers and key brands
Complete required documents for product registration in Malaysia
Update price list picture
Update retailer assortment templates
Analysis
Beauty Advisor quarterly allowance
Monthly incentives analysis
Newness report
Track Retailer and Local Market on-line activities weekly
Track, report and present findings
Shipment of Internal Product Requisition/Stock to Retail Specialists and retailers
Send requested/ordered stock to Retail Specialist /Retail Manager and retailers when needed.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
ESSENTIAL:
Undergraduates who can commit for at least 6 months (Jul to December 2025) for a full-time internship.
Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Self-motivated and self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
Articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good balance of a professional attitude while having fun.
Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.
Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.
Persuasive, resilient and flexible, able to easily adapt to new challenges.
Passionate, enthusiastic and driven to regularly follow-up with loose ends.
Able to thrive despite challenges while adopting a positive attitude under pressure.
