What You'll Do:

As HR Advisor Intern with French in our amazing Sofia team, you'll be supporting and closely working with the HR Advisor team in:

• Providing navigation support to end-users on SuccessFactors

• Managing employee personal data where the employee is not empowered to change it (validating any personal data changes with appropriate sign-off procedure and validating any documentation required)

• Performing data quality checks on employee data in SuccessFactors, managing the list of errors, discovering data gaps, and liaising with Employees/Managers or Local HRs to correct data when applicable

• Managing SuccessFactors hiring, job change processes, and required documentation resulting from hiring, promotions, demotions, lateral transfers, fixed-term contract extensions, etc.

• Supporting team members' life cycle administrative processes

• Working with the country HR team to manage transfers to affiliates, generate contract documentation, and support payroll information and benefits activities

• Looking for opportunities to improve process execution and technology usage, working with Managers to prioritize and implement improvements

What You'll Bring To BIC:

• Fluency in French and English

• Good communication skills

• Ongoing University degree in HR is a plus
