HP Inc. AI Business Applications Support Intern Spring, Texas

We are a leading tech company focused on leveraging artificial intelligence to drive innovation and efficiency in customer experience. Our team is dedicated to exploring and implementing AI solutions that enhance our business processes and customer interactions.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic college intern to join our AI Business Applications team. The intern will support various business applications for AI, including research, trialing different AI tools, and presenting AI opportunities. The business area covers new customer onboarding, customer contracts, approval workflows, and document modifications. This role is ideal for someone passionate about AI and eager to drive its applications in a tech company environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and their potential applications in sales and sales operations.

  • Assist in trialing and evaluating different AI tools for customer contracts and other business processes.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for AI implementation.

  • Support the development and testing of AI models and algorithms.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and provide insights.

  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations on AI research findings and project progress.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Business Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science.

  • Apply statistical methods to analyze datasets

  • Create actionable insights

  • Use big data tools for identifying patterns in data sets

  • Basic understanding of AI concepts and technologies.

  • Can work in a team environment to understand requirements for AI templates

  • Create documentation and templates for AI tools to leverage in a new process for customer contracts

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI tools and platforms.

  • History of working well in a group to deliver a project

  • Familiarity with sales and sales operations processes.

Education and Experience Required:

The pay range for this position is $26 to $34 per hour (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
